Export Documentation Opening Hours

Export documentation opening hours are 9.30a.m to 12.00p.m and 2.00 to 4.00p.m. Please note that customers requiring export documentation are required to make an appointment.

Documentation Services

The Chamber documentation service offers a wide range of services to businesses involved in International Trade. The following export document services are available:

• European Certificates of Origin, including legislation if required
• EUR 1 & ATR authentication
• Arab - British Certificates of Origin - Certification and Legislation
• Certification and/or legislation of documents for Egypt
• Attestation of signatures, price lists and declarations
• Deposit account service to facilitate payments
• Supply of stationery items including European Certificates of Origin, EUR1 and ATR forms, Consular Invoices, Standard Shipping Notes, Dangerous Goods Notes, Arab-British Certificates of Origin and INCOTERM Manuals

E-Cert

The Chamber's web based European Certificate of Origin service offers a fast and easy to use service, giving on-line access to the Certificate of Origin which can be completed electronically then submitted to our documentation service. There is also an express service which offers a complete on-line facility enabling the certificate to returned electronically.

The software is free of charge, payment is only required for the usual certification process.
